HR AND COMMUNICATIONS LEAD

My client a leading Insurance company have an exciting opportunity for a HR and Communications Lead to join them on an initial 3 month contract in Bristol.

The successful candidate will provide advice on human resources strategies and issues, help coordinate the delivery of human resources services including change management programs and ultimately become a trusted partner to the organization.

The key areas of responsibilities will include:

- Policy
- Staffing
- Compensation and Benefits
- Change Management Programs
- Employee Relations
- Career Development/Competency and Talent Management
- Budgeting
- Social relationships
- Building & Facilities

With a strong HR background and proven experience on general HR practices and processes such as Compensation, Resourcing, Training and Development and Employment Law, you will also have the ability to manage multiple high priority projects, be customer focused, maintain a proactive approach and form strong working relationships across the organisation.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels are imperative.
