IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Transcribe and verify conceptual KPI models and correlations by creating metric, report and dashboard prototypes using existing global and cross tool HR data
-Proactively provide insights for further developing significant KPIs and relationships
-Proactively identify issues, challenges, or gaps and recommend process or technology improvements
-Bridge the gap between conceptually defined objectives and feasibility of data consolidation and HR system conditions to recommend optimal solutions
-Identify data and tool-related gaps and share resolution recommendations with system experts
-Provide effort estimations of data consolidation and processing in the future to be process and develop solutions to reduce it to a minimum level
-Create guidance and enablement materials for the HR internal process stakeholders to ensure accurat data consolidation and processing in the future process

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Extensive metrics and reporting experience, specifically around service quality & effectiveness reporting in HR
-Proficiency in use and deployment of predictive data models, dashboards and KPI's
-Extensive Excel capabilities on a professional level
-Advanced knowledge of reporting technology trends and ability to keep informed about leading edge technologies and their application to HR and workforce metrics
-Ability to collaborate with all levels and geographies of organization, both technical and non-technical
-Ability to communicate complex statistical concepts and output to non-experts in both a written and verbal manner
-Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines, demonstrated drive for results.
-Ability to select technical methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results
-Experience in designing and delivering best practice workforce analytics
-Ability to anticipate problems and opportunities and the initiative to pursue solutions, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
