HR ANALYST needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Wilmington, DE

THE BIG PICTURE- TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Knowledgeable and experience in HR policies, practices, and processes
- Previous Human Resources experience is required
- Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability to new or changing processes, work tasks, and work/team structures allowing the individual to embrace change or accept a new approach to doing the work
- Excellent computer skills, particularly Excel, and demonstrated ability to quickly learn new systems and methods for leveraging computer systems to increase efficiency
- Capable of maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and organizational trust

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

This is a key role focused on executing HR processes and enhanced computer support in close partnership with the Human Resources Business Partner in order to effectively deliver HR services that support either US Business Units or US Functions.

- Interpretation, application, implementation, and communication of human resource policies, procedures, practices, and plans
- Investigate and resolve daily employee service and/or administrative problems, either directly or through response to line management
- Maintain clients personnel data and HR system compliance, and provides computer reports and information as needed
- Coordinating the annual compensation process to ensure all timelines, and administrative guidelines are met for the compensation planning cycle
- Manage disability leave processes and related the clients personnel situations, and interacting with medical to appropriately monitor and gauge related reports and documentation
- Maintain all elements of organizational management data for the business or function that the HRA supports and assists with data collection and entry
- Assist in implementing and maintaining standard work practices and processes across three properties while striving to identify ways to improve HR procedures
- Serve as the front-line resource to managers and employees on basic HR policy and/or practice questions

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Must work effectively in a team environment, collaborating and assisting other team members as needed
- Excellent problem solving skills - anticipate a solution, and escalate issues - utilizing strong analytical and judgment skills for decision making
- Ability to organize and prioritize workload, utilizing and/or seeking additional resources to deliver high productivity with attention to detail and to meet quality and cycle time metrics
