THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS SHOULD YOU POSSESS:
- The person in this role will focus on documenting both global and local HR processes affecting our employees.
- The work will take place both on a strategic and practical (detailed) level.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Collection, analysis and interpretation of data
- Developing process maps and procedures
- Recruitment process and recruitment evaluation systems
- Labor classifications and employee workforce engagement
- Performance evaluations, coaching guidelines and support
- Training guidelines and material
- Compensation structure and salary review process
- HRIS system Record Keeping Skills and experience
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING T O THE TABLE:
- Minimum three (3) years of experience from general process improvement and/or HR work
- Strong communication skills, able to gather information and influence others in a collaborative style
- Attention to details
- Ability to plan, structure, and follow up own and others work
- Ability to identify and implement process enhancements
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong results orientation
- Ability to proficiently use all Microsoft Office products
- Systems oriented
- Record Keeping Skills and experience

- Bachelors Degree from an accredited University
