Rate: up to £450 per day
Our client, a large financial services company, is currently recruiting for an HR Analyst/Consultant to work within the HR business change team. This role will support the programme and associated projects and workstreams, providing HR support and analysis and taking responsibility for:
* Providing HR advice & guidance to projects/business
* Monitor and support a range of processes and systems to ensure they are effectively maintained and coordinated - and that data is robust and accurate.
* Recommend improvements to maximise systems capability.
* Establish and build relationships with colleagues and third party suppliers to ensure HR policies are implemented effectively.
* May design and deliver training interventions, in support of development programmes or specific projects.
* Deliver small-scale projects or well defined tasks on larger projects
* Identify and highlight regulatory risks and take appropriate action to minimise such risks.
Experience required:
* Knowledge of HR disciplines including
- Talent management
- Learning/Learning delivery
- Performance & Reward
- Recruitment
- Communication
* Senior stakeholder engagement and management skills with the ability to present factual information to individuals or groups in a structured, clear, confident and concise way
* A self-starter who delivers high quality work either on their own or as part of a team
* Exposure to HR change projects & programmes within a "Blue Chip" Organisations - preferably within Financial Services
* Minimum 2 years experience as a Junior HR Manager/Consultant/Analyst
