Responsibilities
Responding to requests from HR Business Partner to support work
Working collaboratively with project manager during the concept and define stages, leading on all people aspects
Helping the project manager to understand what HR expertise is required to deliver the work and ensure any requirements are factored into the business case
Helping the project manager access the right HR expertise from across the HR service model and helping to on-board any external resource (where required) to support the people aspects of the project
Providing ongoing advice and guidance on people related aspects of the project
Monitoring the delivery of all people aspects of the project through to completion
Working with the business to help shape and mobilise work required to complete people-related regulatory and mandatory activity
Responsibilities
Responding to requests from HR Business Partners to track and manage the completion of cyclical people activity.
This includes, but is not limited to the following activity: Objective setting Mid-year and year-end performance management activity Annual talent review and succession planning Annual pay and bonus Promotion of the annual engagement survey
Nominations for the annual Leadership/Talent Programmes Annual 360 Degree Feedback Survey Local Graduate and Apprenticeship Programmes (where applicable)
Delivering division-specific HR-initiated change activity eg Local HR projects to support the relevant People Strategy and centrally-mandated HR projects.
