HR Analyst - Banking - Bristol - £350-£400

HR ANALYST - BANKING - BRISTOL - £350 - £400 PER DAY

A key banking client in Bristol requires a HR Analyst to accept the hand-over from the current Project Manager and manage the delivery of the project. The current Project Manager is required to support another workstream whilst maintaining oversight of this project and will be available for high-level support. You will be required to ensure this project is delivered to its timescales, budget and original business plan.

Key Responsibilities and experience:

Excellent understanding of HR processes and procedures

Previous Change Management experience within Financial Services

Report status of the project to appropriate stakeholders

Monitor Project for Risks and support recovery

Facilitation of Group Project meetings
