HR MI Analyst

Our client are looking to recruit a HR Professional with analytical experience. The successful candidate will manage the HR data collection for Workday (our HR system implementation) in Central Europe and North America.

Reporting to the Head of Reward, the role will engage stakeholders including HR country heads, our HR Shared Service Centre (HR SSC) and our external implementation partners.

The role
* This position is expected to last three months to assist with additional workload due to the Workday HR system implementation.
* Responsible for the Central Europe & NAM data collection:
o Liaising with HR managers and payroll to collect employee data.
o Consolidating and cleansing the employee data.
o Managing the HR SSC updating the data.
o Running reports from Workday and comparing information against source data files.
o Reporting statistics and actions on weekly data updates.
o Ensures complete and accurate recording of employee information.
* Testing Workday compensation processes for Central Europe and North America.
* Provides on-going support as required to the Reward Analyst managing the UK & APAC data collection.
* Responding to questions from HR and external implementation partners on Central Europe and North America data.
* Some admin support as required.

The person
* Minimum of six months experience in analytical role.
* Strong academics, minimum 2:1 degree or equivalent in any discipline.
* Strong Excel skills.
* Excellent analytical skills with a very high level of attention to detail.
* Have a creative and innovative approach to solving problems.
* Ability to carry out basic analysis and information gathering to resolve problems on non-routine matters.
* Have an inquisitive spirit and desire to work in HR.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills to be able to communicate complex theories simply to all levels of management.
* Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
* Have the capacity to plan/organise effectively and to deliver results while meeting deadlines.
* Develop and maintain constructive relationships with stakeholders.
