HR Analyst

A high profile Multinational FMCG organisation urgently seeks an Interim HR Analyst to support a Global Transformation Programme to be rolled out to over 140 countries.

As an Interim HR Analyst you will support the development and deployment of this high profile global transformation programme to engage stakeholders and ensure readiness for change.

You will support line managers by developing change plans, communications plans and impact analysis strategies to embed change across various service lines such as HR, IT and Finance. You will also be instrumental in supporting the deployment of a global change toolkit, supported by processes, tools and a collaborative culture, which will significantly improve ways of working and results.

Requirements:

- Experience of developing, deploying and embedding change plans
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders
