HR Advisor with German/Polish/Dutch
Based in Dublin South (Leopardstown) 6 month contract role with salary 30-32K Euros
Looking for a HR Advisor to join a multinational company to provide first line support for queries primarily from managers and employees.
Role
* Deliver services (both transactional and support) from the Portfolio of Services to internal customers (managers and employees) within agreed service levels
* Provide responses to and guidance on all HR processes and policies, typically related to benefits, payroll, leave of absence queries. You will also work with Talent Acquisition with contract production and onboarding of new joiners.
* Responsible for follow up on employee requests, issues, and processes in order to ensure complete resolution for the customer. This will include the ability to interface professionally with all levels within the organization and pursue relevant resources until resolution is reached.
* Educate customers to ensure that where possible services are provided through e-channels and the HR portal
* Contribute to the creation of solutions to improve and standardise (globally where possible) the service by identifying and recommending opportunities for improvement
* Ability to document processes and share knowledge with team member that comes into the Service Centre
The ideal candidate profile
* Must be fluent in English and one other languages like German/Polish/Dutch
* Must have atleast 12 months of HR advisor/HR admin/Recruitment experience in face paced high volume shared service/multinational environment
* have a graduate degree
Must be in Ireland now
* Very strong written and verbal communication skills in composing emails and messages to customers.
* Strong word and excel skills and some Powerpoint skills would be beneficial.
* You will have used ticketing systems before and will be confident with learning new systems.
* You will be able to work in a very fast paced environment with a workload requiring tight deadlines and produce that work accurately to high standards.
Please keep in mind that you must be living in Ireland and need to attend a personal interview in Dublin, the Irish work permit or EU citizenship is required as well.
