Our global manufacturing client is currently seeking an HR Advisor to cover maternity leave. The role is based within the Employee Services team and will cover a range of responsibilities including managing disciplinaries, grievances and absence management.
With previous experience in a similar role and either CIPD certified, or working towards, you will have good all round HR experience including up to date knowledge of employment legislation and experience of working with unions.
Start date Mid September latest and the role will be for 9-12 months.
