HR Advisor (Must have Latest AWR 2011 Experience)

Projektbeschreibung

HR Advisor with excellent knowledge of Employment Law (and its applications), particularly with good knowledge around the latest AWR 2011 (Agency Worker Regulations) is required to review existing processes and advise on new options for this role.

The assignment is for 20 working days spread over 6 weeks, as follows: First 2 weeks full time ie 10 days - weeks 3 - 6, remaining 10 days, either 2 or 3 days per week as required (may be able to change this around for the right person).

The successful applicant will be working alongside a Project Manager delivering a number of changes within the HR & B2C functions to change how agency workers are hired and within this organisation. Applicants must have a proactive approach to reviewing existing processes, preparing procedures, advising on options & best practices for future models, making recommendations for change, also creating and implementing new processes with respect of the AWR 2011 employment laws. Applicants applying must have the aforementioned experience with good interpersonal skills, able to interface with HR Business Partners, Recruitment Agencies, Risk Managers and Project teams etc.

Based 60% Milton Keynes with travel to London (expenses paid)
