HR Advisor - Financial Services - City, London- £36k to £38k My client a financial services organisation based in the City of London have a new role available as an HR Advisor. You will provide a HR advisory service your own client group through consultation, influence and effective HR management. This role is paying circa £38k on the base salary and offers a fantastic benefits package. This role requires someone who has supported there own client group and is used to being client facing. The key responsibilities for the individual will be; - Headcount and business planning - Employee development - Appraisal and remuneration - Specific project work Ideal candidate for this position will have; - Experience working at the HR Advisor level - Supported own client group - CIPD qualified - Degree Educated - Strong organisational and time management skills - Excellent attention to detail - Able to manage own time and workload
