HR Advisor (International Mobility - Payroll)

Our client is a FTSE 100 organisation and is looking for a HR Advisor to join their team in Feltham on an initial 6 month contract to partner with the HR Vice President to deliver strategic business HR insight, coaching and broad ranging advice to the global HR Leadership Team to ensure delivery of the People Agenda and associated HR operational activity.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Responsible for end to end HRIM operational service delivery for designated businesses.
- Ensure services are provided effectively to support business needs within the agreed policy and client service framework - offer proactive first level of advice on policy application and cost effectiveness.
- Responsible for data management and quality and for payroll in conjunction with counterparts in other locations.
- Develop and manage relationships with Business Facing HR managers and advisors in selected businesses

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE AND JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Demonstration of data and payroll accuracy.
- Strong client service skills combined with good relationship building skills, developed through experience with large and vared expat population.
- Experience in working as part of a team, experience in knowledge sharing and willingness to strive to achieve improvement.

ESSENTIAL EDUCATION, CRITERIA & QUALIFICATIONS

- Degree Level Education
- Experience of working in challenging operational environments across many locations with multiple lines of authority.
- Knowledge of expatriate tax, policy, technology and process
