HR Advisor/HR Officer, Amersham
Currently recruiting for a HR Advisor/HR Officer for a fantastic organisation based in Amersham, Buckinghamshire.

As HR Advisor/HR Officer, you will be joining this organisation during a period of change and transformation due to growth within the business. Working alongside the HR Manager, you will be assisting with delivery of the people element of the change programme.
This role is initially a 4 month contract with the hope that this will then be offered as a permanent role thereafter. As it will be a contract role you will need to be immediately available or if on notice, available on no more than two weeks notice.

Duties:-

Training and development - develop and shape the following organisational training needs:
financial and commercial awareness course
on-boarding process
management development programme
Develop the HR Intranet site to ensure information is relevant and up to date
Review recruitment process, guidelines and development of internal and external recruitment portals
Creating a succession/talent management process

What are we looking for?

A tenacious and proactive HR Advisor/HR Officer who is looking to make a difference in their next role.
Generalist HR experience covering policy writing, recruitment and training and development is a must
A good communicator with the ability to write in an informal and clear way
A resourceful, self-starter; someone who can network and get information or fill in the gaps
A team player who can work well at pace, thrives on challenge and responsibility
