HR Advisor

Amazing opportunity has arisen for a HR Advisor to join an Energy and Commodities company in financial services, an organisation who prides itself on its commitment to a culture of rewarding and developing talent in a happy working environment.

WHAT'S ON OFFER

3 month contract but will be extended

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Graduate, CIPD part or fully qualified with at least 2 years HR experience.

Financial Services experience is desirable

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Previous recruitment experience

Previous experience of discipline, grievance and appeal meetings

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Payroll administration and records: act as the central point for managing the payroll services.
- Administer the range of staff benefit schemes including pensions, insurance etc.
- Issue contracts of employment in accordance with employment rights as reviewed and revised on a regular basis.
- Support company policy compliance in practice through advice, reviews, recording and monitoring. Liaise and co-operate with auditors as required.
- Keep company HR records and all relevant filings systems as confidential. Provide monitoring reports of findings and recommended action plans
