Experience
Some experience of managing and resolving conflict
Experience of coaching a broad range of stakeholders on Employee Relation/HR matters
Experience of managing relationships
Experience of communicating effectively with a broad range of stakeholders
Knowledge
Relevant professional qualification (CPP or CIPD preferred)
Working knowledge of the Statements of Principle and Code of Practice
Working knowledge of financial services regulatory and legislatory frameworks
Detailed knowledge of industry best practice, good network/links with external bodies and individuals on the same field
Detailed knowledge of consultation and participation processes
Detailed level knowledge of HR policies, processes and procedures
Detailed level knowledge of employment legislation
