Our client is a FTSE 100 organisation and is looking for a HR Advisor to join their team in Pangbourne to support the HR Director and be accountable for day to day implementation and facilitation of HR processes, programmes and products that support the teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Accountable for day-to-day implementation and facilitation of HR processes, programmes and products that support these teams
- Responsibility for the provision of an advisory/consultancy service to this group and also have a good understanding of the group-wide HR policies, practices and issues
- Champion all aspects of people management, including, Performance Management & Reward, Talent ManagementPerformance Management & Reward, Talent Management & Resourcing, Change Leadership, Capability Development, Efficiency and Effectiveness
- The ability to engage all levels of the organisation with credibility and respect of peers, team leaders and external parties
- An inclusive style and willingness to share learning and passion for the people agenda
