HR Advisor (CIPD Qualified)

HR ADVISOR

Our client is a FTSE 100 organisation and is looking for a HR Advisor to join the team on an initial 6 month contract with a view to extend.

The primary function of this role is to work as part of a global HR team to deliver HR insight, coaching, advice to the team and will be responsible for delivery of the people agenda to the UK Finance, Global Marketing, Exec Office and Global Supply Chain teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- be the focal point for the dedicated client group within the UK
- champion all aspects of people management, including, Performance Management & Reward, Talent ManagementTAS and GPD
- Analyze and report key employee data for UK business area and Global data on behalf of the Technology HR Director
- Co-ordinate the Talent Management programme for Technology globally.
- Champion the Diversity and Inclusion agenda through faciliatation of the UK and global D&I networks.
- be a "go to HR contact" for business managers who may hold International accountability and for any cross-country activities within Technology requiring HR support.
- Proactively support HR and the line manager to navigate their way through changes to HR ways of working
