BERKSHIRE, 6 MONTHS, £300 P/D

HR ADVISOR with CIPD, Global HR Experience, Performance Management, Reward, Organisation Matrix, Change Leadership, Capability Development, Efficiency and Effectiveness experience required to join a reputable multinational based in Berkshire for an initial 6 month contract paying £300 p/d.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The HR Advisor will primarily support the HR Director (Formulated Products Technology) and be responsible for the UK population comprising approximately 260 employees.

The HR Advisor will be accountable for day-to-day implementation and facilitation of HR processes, programmes and products that support these teams. The HR Advisor will have primary responsibility for the provision of an advisory/consultancy service to this group and also have a good understanding of the group-wide HR policies, practices and issues. Working closely with the Technology HR Director, this individual will also work effectively with colleagues in the rest of the business through the Technology HR network, HR Leadership Team and as part of the Europe and Africa Region.

-Proactively ensure running of HR Systems, SAP etc, analyse and report key employee data for UK and Global on behalf of senior management.
-Co-ordinate the Talent Management Programme, Champion the Diversity and Inclusion Agenda through UK & Global business.
-You must be CIPD qualified, have experience from Matrix Organisation, you will have organisation Change Management experience.
-Provide HR support on an international scale to senior managers with global accountability.
-You must have international HR delivery experience delivering on a global scale.
-Ability to work across organisation at all levels, strong facilitation skills, ability to manage time and work in a demanding environment with a passion motivation and a 'can do attitude'.
