HR CONSULTANT - CIPD required to join high level blue chip to work in a sizeable HR function delivering across a large programme. Role is for an initial 6 month project, based in Swindon paying £200-260 p/d.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be delivering on a people agenda for a large organisation championing professional HR principles (CIPD), Process Transformation, Strategy and Delivery.
KEY SKILLS & BACKGROUND
The HR Advisor will:
- be the HR contact point for the dedicated client group global programme
- champion all aspects of the HR agenda
- day to day implementation of HR processes, programmes and products that support the HR agenda, including:
Performance Management & Reward
Talent Management & Resourcing
Change Leadership
Capability Development
Efficiency and Effectiveness
Employee Relations
