My client are a large public sector organisation based in Cumbria who are looking for two HR Advisors covering vacancies within the client for up to three months.
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Provides advice and support to line managers and employees across a range of HR services eg recruitment, employee relations, workforce planning.
Delivers Human Resources training and staff development courses.
Delivers a comprehensive range of Human Resources services and provides advice and support to managers and staff on the application of Human Resources policies and procedures to ensure the Trust adheres to best practice and current legislation.
Acts as a first point of contact in providing operational human resources advice and guidance to managers and staff in management of attendance, terms and conditions of employment, conduct and capability, grievance, performance management, change management, retention and redeployment, dignity at work.
