My client, a subsidiary of a global media organisation is urgently seeking a HR Advisor to join the team on an interim basis to cover a period of maternity leave.
This is a busy and varied role with a lot of autonomy and the opportunity to support the HR business partner on multiple projects.
You will support your own client group and will be heavily involved in mentoring and developing the HR Assistant. You will take ownership of a complex ER caseload and support a management development program.
Candidates must have experience in an advisory level role, solid ER skills and a good grasp of excel. Experience gained in a commercial environment is preferable.
