Projektbeschreibung
Responsibilities:
. Complete review of the recruitment and selection policy to ensure compliance with best practice and to establish clear and measurable criteria
. Creating a link between the recruitment process and the organisation's values through integrating competencies within the selection process
. Developing a guidance for managers to support the revised policy to ensure they are operating within employment law guidelines
. Complete a review of the induction process
. Review of the exit interview process
Experience required:
. CIPD or equivalent experience
. A strong HR Generalist background
. Demonstrable experience of providing advice on recruitment and selection strategies
. The ability to liaise with managers to provide support and advice
. Excellent communication skills
. Strong organisational skills and the ability to plan your workload effectively
. The ability to work well on your own and as a member of a team
. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
The contract will be paying up to £118/day. All applicants will be subject to a basic background check.
