Leading Consultancy requires a HR Advisor on a contract basis.

£300/day
6 months
Based in Winnersh Triangle, Wokingham

Job Description
Reporting to the Head of HR TUPE UK&I, you will be responsible for providing Bid and Transition support across various locations, predominantly in the South.

This is a 6 month contract, working in a client facing role with multiple stakeholders. You will need to be UK mobile and will be required to work on high volume projects.

Responsibilities to include:

Running small to medium sized transitions and exits and ensuring all activities are managed including-
-Project Management of all HR activities required for a successful TUPE transition in/out, ensure all staff requirements are considered and appropriately managed, early engagement with key HR stakeholders to ensure an effective handover to business as usual state.
-Completion of due diligence spreadsheets, data analysis and production of accurate information within required timescales, collation of data from a variety of sources
-Cost modelling
-Responding to queries from employees being transferred into the organisation, production of FAQ documents, responding to staff queries in a timely manner, staff briefings
-Provision of support and guidance to managers on requirements for a successful transition
-Define in scope criteria and have open discussions with new provider/incumbent regarding staff in scope to transfer
- Define and manage consultation approach in consultation with relevant Employee Forum/Trade Unions, support consultation meetings with employees

Supporting Bid Activity
-Provision of accurate information for bid responses within tight timescales including gathering collateral from a variety of sources

Other
-Other activities as required to support the team on transitions and collection of collateral/information for future use

Essential Skills
Experience of managing large scale projects with multiple stakeholders
Financial acumen required for cost modelling
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
Sharepoint skills desirable
Strong HR ER experience gained in high volume, transactional environments with disciplinary, grievance and sickness absence management cases
Excellent communication skills and ability to build solid working relationships
Good attention to detail
Mobility essential
Ability to demonstrate a pro-active approach

Desirable Skills
Exposure to diverse and complex Matrix businesses
CIPD qualified (to graduate level or at least working towards this)
Experience of a "Blue Chip" organisation and or Matrix environment would be a strong advantage
Pensions
Experience of managing TUPE transitions and exits
