HR Advisor

We are pleased to be recruiting for a HR Advisor on behalf of one of Europe's leading airlines. Based at the head office of this FTSE 100 E-commerce company, they have a collaborative and innovative work environment.

In this role, you will provide profession HR support and advice to the business. This will include Employee Relations (ER) and case management support along with coaching line managers to raise capability. Another important component of your work will be change and product delivery within an IT transformation programme. This will require you to handle recruitment activity and developing induction, development and career pathways and mapping across the function. In addition to this, you will facilitate the provision of the end to end case management within IT and other central functions. Acting as a team expert in specific HR processes/activities, you will also advise the business on Employee Realtion specific issues as a result of future activities within all change programmes in the central functions

TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS/EXPERIENCE;

- Strong HR Advisory experience in a fast paced commercial environment
- Strong Employee Relations and case management experience.
- Have previously worked to develop a development, induction and retention agenda while also having project management and change delivery skills
- Ideally having experience within a large scale change programme
- Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment with a high degree of accuracy with IT and large change programme backgrounds being desired
- Ideally holding or working towards a CIPD qualification or similar
