HR Advisor - HR - Employment legislation - Best Practice - CIPD - Case Hearing - Policy Issue - Utilises

Our well known energy provider requires a Regional HR Advisor to be responsible for ensuring that HR case documents and records are completed kept up to date. The host holder will attend formal case hearings, provide appropriate advice and support, take hearing notes and travel to different locations.

Responsibilities:

- Accept case hearing management from HR advisors
- Support case hearings through all stages of the relevant company procedure
- Ensure case hearing adhere to the appropriate procedure

Experience:

- Excellent HR knowledge and experience, will be essential
- Extensive experience and knowledge of current employment legislation and best practice
- Demonstrable experience managing and attending case hearings, providing advice and support on hearing process and policy issue
- Extensive experience coaching managers to achieve resolution of the full range of employment issues
- Achieved or working towards Graduate member of the CIPD
- Experience working within the utilities industry
