HR Advisor

We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Advisor in our Employee Services Advisory team and is the first point of contact for all employment related queries within the company.

The role is offered on a Fixed Term Contract for 6 months and based in Crawley

The majority of time will be spent providing telephone / e-mail advice to managers and the HR BP community.

You will be providing advice to a wide client group across the whole business covering office, field and industrial environments, with a diverse staff from corporate functions to specialist nuclear to call centre.

You will be expected to provide an initial best practice assessment and appropriate advice to managers / employees, with a view to resolving matters informally where possible, and in all cases in the best interests of the business and the individual.

You will ensure stakeholders are kept up to date with cases in progress and engaged within formal employment processes where necessary to ensure the most efficient resolution.

You will also participate in the induction of all new members of the team. Act as a coach / mentor to colleagues in areas of knowledge or expertise.
