Position: HR Advisor
Job type: Contract (12 Months initially)

Location: Hampshire easily commutable from Southampton, Portsmouth, Dorset and with excellent access from Brighton and the South Cost.
SALARY: NEGOTIABLE HOURLY RATE

Outsource UK Ltd is actively seeking to recruit a HR Advisor for a contract role on behalf of a client.

THE CLIENT:

The Job:
LOOKING TO RECRUIT A HR ADVISOR WHO WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

- Collaborate with client group and stakeholders to diagnose key performance issues and associated people requirements for both immediate and future business challenges. Design/deploy/tailor HR interventions to the customer using a range of best practice techniques including consultant methodology and project management techniques.
- Measure and evaluate the impact of HR interventions in contributing to key stakeholder effectiveness, efficiency and attainment of strategic objectives.
- Builds relationships with key stakeholders in order to persuasively challenge and contribute to business planning and decision making.
- The job holder demonstrates a breadth of legal knowledge and understanding to influence the business and manage risk effectively.
- Assist within the Talent and Leadership area where required
- Work closely with colleagues in Scotland to actively share functional work load on a geographical basis.

Key Outputs/Deliverables:
Build and maintain relationships and credibility with HR and business leadership. Initiates and manage delivery of programmes and projects of operational and strategic significance to the customer and/or function. Positively influences and implements current and emerging HR strategy and policies to achieve functional and organisational strategic aims and objectives.
