- HR policy and guidance reviews and EIA (Equality Impact Assessment) work
- Preparation for pensions auto-enrolment and pensions process mapping
- CIPHR (HR database) updates and development in liaison with provider
- Support to pay award/reward strategy review and review of total reward statements and contract with provider
- Development of HR sections of Intranet in liaison with Information Management team
- Review of recruitment process, policy and paperwork (and EIA)
- Other ad hoc operational work
The skill requirement is:
- HR generalist at Adviser level or similar
- Good writing skills
- Experience of CIPHR database
- Experience of policy work and EIAs
- Knowledge of pensions
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and best practice
