HR ADVISOR/HR ASSISTANT/HR GENERALIST - Warrington - FTC

Project People are currently recruiting on behalf of a well known consumer brand company for a HR Advisor; this is a fixed term contract covering maternity leave. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for this well known company in their lovely offices in Warrington working and be a part of a busy fast paced HR team.

As HR Advisor you will play an integral part in the overall HR Shared Services model, providing first line HR support to managers and employees.

My client are looking for an experienced, commercially minded HR Advisor for the following duties:
- First point of contact for all HR and ER related queries.
- Take full end to end ownership of cases/queries, providing commercially balanced advice, guidance and support to HR and Employee Relations Managers.
- Provide support, advice and guidance to managers on HR/ER related subjects.
- Be responsible for a high case load of various ER and payroll queries

HR Advisor - Skills we are looking for:
- CIPD part/fully qualified
- Experience working as a HR professional within a high volume shared services team
- Understanding of HR, Reward, Benefits and payroll
