HR Advisor

My client, An International Law firm are currently looking to hire an HR Advisor to work within a close-nit and dedicated HR Team. The role will be based in London and will offer a good opportunity for exposure and client group ownership.

The HR team provides a high quality business partnering advice and guidance service to the London practice groups. The main responsibility of the HR Advisor will be to manage and provide a dedicated HR Service to the Support and Business Functions client groups across Marketing, Risk, Finance and IT.

They will be responsible for building relationships with key stakeholders including Directors, 'Heads of' and Team Leaders in these groups

Within the role there will be particular focus on:

*Monthly payroll reports

*Liaison with the payroll team

*Those on long-term leave (maternity, paternity, sickness absence and PHI)

*Ensuring the firm meets UK Border Agency visa requirements

*Facilitating the firm's induction on a weekly basis

*Strategic HR projects such as Induction and On-boarding, and social media site development.

Key Requirements:

* Expert in all aspects of the employee life-cycle including; recruitment, performance management, talent management, employee relations, employment law.

*Minimum 3 years Operational HR experience

*Ability to demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the HR policies and processes.
