Experienced Retail HR Advisor wanted - 30-35k - Renowned Retailer

Our client is looking for a HR Advisor to work in their head office in West London. The successful candidate must:
* Currently be (or have been) a HR Advisor for a large retailer
* Have exceptional Generalist experience
* Be ambitious and genuinely enjoy working in HR
* Have experience working with store managers to create store specific HR Strategy
* Be able to influence necessary people and push back managers where appropriate
* Not be afraid to get hands on
* Have full and comprehensive commercial awareness
* Have examples of delivering results in line with Business goals
* Understand the importance of talent management

* Experience supporting a head office, retail and warehouse client group
