An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a high profile public sector client of ours, based near Heathrow. Three HR Advisers are required to work with various managers in order to address key current HR issues and help up skill these managers to ensure that things improve moving forward.
This will involve:
- Setting up systems to ensure robust management information is in place
- Manage the team, ensuring that all actions are taken in a timely fashion by managers
- Deliver workshops and surgeries to support line managers in tackling current issues
The successful candidate must have, or be willing to undergo, security clearance to CTC level.
