HR Administrator - Turkish Speaking

Essential Duties and Job Functions:
* Manage a range of processes which could include Employee On boarding, Verification of Employment, Employee Long Service Awards, Performance Management, Employee Terminations, etc
* Provide support for Turkey and another European country to HR colleagues, Executives, Managers and Employees with HR inquiries and by delivering a high level of customer service.
* Provide subject matter expertise in HR processes and policies
* Liaison between HR COE and Employee population during new program roll outs and process changes to assist with communication and adoption
* Conduct periodic Employee file reviews and respond to Sarbanes Oxley audits.
* Perform data entry into PeopleSoft HR database and run various reports
* Participate in the on-going evolution of the Shared Services organization in terms of values, operations and service delivery
* Contribute to other HR projects providing status update, process flow development, knowledge transfer and training to the Shared Services team
* Liaise with Third-Party service providers as necessary

Knowledge, Experience and Skills:
* Requires 2 years of relevant UK HR experience and also experience working in HR in Turkey or supporting Turkish employees
* Must be fluent in Turkish
* Solid verbal, written, interpersonal and telephone communication skills are required
* Possess a strong Customer Service orientation while maintaining a high level of integrity and confidentially with each interaction
* Effective team-working orientation and skills
* Familiarity and understanding of HR policies and procedures
* Must be detailed-oriented with sound project and time management skills
* Must possess strong Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook skills
* Must be able to perform job responsibilities and duties under minimal supervision
* Experience with PeopleSoft a plus

It is for a 9 month Maternity Cover
Must be fluent in Turkish
They will work in a shared Service team of 8 and all the others manage different countries
Turkey has around 50 people and they may also get involved in other countries
They must have supported the Turkish Market with HR issues
It will be employee relations on a day2day basis.
2/3 years HR generalist experience
Must have worked for an international organisation
£15 per hour LTD
