For our client, a Global R&D company headquartered in Munich, Germany, we are currently looking for a part-time HR Administrator to join our team on a long-term basis. (m/f) (Freelance OR Permanent through Harvey Nash)

The HR Administrator will primarily be responsible for the creation and distribution of employee contract addenda, official letters and essential employment documentation.

The role is purely administrative in terms of producing documentation and the individual is expected to be able to read and write German to an acceptable standard for producing official documentation.

Job Description:

Updating following documentation:

- Regular Contract Changes
- Life Cycle Changes
- Out of Cycle Contract Changes
- Certificates of Employment
- Confirmation Letters
- Termination Letters

Further to this you will, as part of the team, be responsible for the production and distribution related to all employment documentation required under law.

You will also be required to maintain proper controls relating to signatures, power of attorney and distribution of these documents.

Required skills:

Fluent German and English (written and spoken)

Background in HR/Administration

The role will be on site for 24 hours per week. Our client have requested on-site support for 5 days per week (i.e 4.8 hours per day) however this is flexible.
