Projektbeschreibung

Skills, knowledge, experience required (Previously in Statement of Work):
*Vocational training at a higher level in a relevant discipline, preferably at higher secondary level;
*Good knowledge and practice of data management. Strong knowledge and experience with Excel and databases;
*At least five years' administrative experience;
*Experience working within a human resources environment;
*Experience working in an environment with a high volume work load;
*Good communication skills with demonstrated ability to present information in a clear and logical manner both in writing and by other means;
*Excellent organisational skills;
*Extreme accuracy and attention to detail;
*Flexibility, service-minded attitude and ability to take initiative;
*Computer literacy.

Duties/role (Previously in Statement of Work):
*Assist in analysis of current state of the IWC (Contractors, Consultants and Temporary Personnel) workforce of the organization;
*Assist in analysis of IWC submissions;
*Assist in Management of the Interim Workforce Capacity (IWC) requirements for on-site personnel - Contractors, Temporary Personnel or Consultants for all NCI Agency locations and check if compliant with NCPRs rules;
*Support the preparation of the Prioritization Internal Investment Board (PIIB) for IWC submissions;
*Assist in performing analysis of Long Term Contracted positions for feasibility of conversion to NIC positions.
*Assist in the development of processes and procedures to ensure efficient execution of IWC across the Agency;
*Manage submitted requests which include the creation of Purchase Request in CNAFS for the whole IWC of the Agency, processing the approvals and on boarding selected candidates;
*Ensure the accuracy of all NCI Agency personnel data by monitoring and updating the Agency's Personnel Management Systems (Automated Personnel Management System (APMS), etc.).
*Assist in reporting on status of IWCs matters;
*Liaise with Directorates, Service Centres and CSUs to obtain all new, and extension of, contract requirements for IWC;
*Liaise with other HR Branches: Staff Services, Talent Management and HR Strategy Policy in relation to Coordination of IWC matters;
*Be responsible for updating the HR MMC IWC web site, both Intranet and Internet;
