- HR Generalist Background
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Responsible for the timely and accurate assistance in designated areas of HR to all levels of employees.
- Collaborating with subject matter experts as needed.
- Ensuring the involvement of HR Business Partners as appropriate.
- Providing insight to support the optimization of Human Capital Management, processes and systems.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience of solid Human Resources
- Working knowledge of employment laws
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills, including conflict resolution and change management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with limited direction.
BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associates degree is a plus
- SharePoint experience
- Call Center experience is desirable
- PHR or SPHR is desired
- SAP and ADP is strongly preferred
