HR Administrator (HR Helpdesk/Shared Service Centre)

Project People are currently recruiting for an HR Administrator to provide general admin support in a busy HR Office. Sitting within a busy HR Helpdesk/Shared Service Centre, you will be the point of contact for all HR and recruitment related queries.

You will also be responsible for:

- Creating and sending out contracts to new starts
- Chasing store managers for employee right to work documentation
- Processing job offers on the system
- Updating the databases and logs
- Booking in candidates for telephone interviews with colleagues
- Data Entry - Accurately adding new starts personal details, bank details etc onto the systems
- Chasing hiring managers for interview notes and documentation
- Requesting credit checks
- Responding to reference requests
- Processing leavers
- Sending out terms and condition change letters

This is an exciting position ideal for someone with who has worked within a busy, commercial HR team before.

This is an initial 3 month assignment working for a innovative, forward thinking leading company in Glasgow city centre.

This is a temporary assignment paying competitive hourly rates.
