A German speaking HR Administrator/Assistant needed to administrate all HR processes for 25,000 employees of a Swiss investment bank in Zurich.

The team works in an open space environment with modern amenities where they are responsible for an effective, professional and efficient service delivery. Thanks to the standardized processing of all HR processes you manage to rapidly incorporate into the complex area of responsibility. The main activity is the writing of work references and other administrative tasks that relate to the employment relationship.

You make with your structured way of working, your flair for languages and safe handling of your various IT applications an important contribution to the quality of the services of the HR ASC and thus to employee satisfaction.

To meet this challenging and varied role successfully, you bring the following qualifications:
Business education, graduation or equivalent
Must be highly experienced in writing job references
Other HR knowledge is an advantage
Efficient and accurate work to high quality standards and effective work organization
High motivation, flexibility and resilience, teamwork
High affinity to IT tools and good knowledge of MS Office users
Absolute style and negotiation skills
Must be fluent in German and have good command of spoken and written (more languages is an advantage)
