This is an excellent opportunity to gain entry level experience in a fast paced HR environment.
The purpose of this role is to provide comprehensive HR administration support to our current HR Helpdesk advisors whilst providing an excellent customer experience to all of our employees by giving simple, quality information and advice.

As a HR Administrator you will be a part of the HR Shared Services Team that supports approximately 400 employees across the UK and works closely with our HR Business Partners and Specialists HR Teams.

The HR Administrators' main responsibilities will include:
*Supporting our HR Helpdesk advisors to manage and process data for the full employee life cycle
*Manage HR data to ensure accuracy and accessibility on Oracle and within the employee files
*Support in the delivery of key projects such as transferring personnel files to an external company
*Provide telephone support when required

It would be beneficial as the HR administrator to have some knowledge and experience of:
*Customer service
*Administration skills
*Be adaptable
*Good communication skills
*Be able to prioritise
*Strong MS Office skills
