For our client in BASEL we are looking for a HR ADMINISTRATOR for a 13-MONTH contract.

JOB TITLE: HR ADMINISTRATOR

DURATION: 01/12/2018 TO 31/12/2019

LOCATION: BASEL

WORKLOAD: 100%

DESCRIPTION:

PURPOSE OF THIS ROLE:

Support in HR data analysis, coordinate activities within ongoing processes

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:
. Advanced Excel work (this will be 70% of work- Vlookup, pivot, IF,..)
. Data checking, validation and consolidation
. Data quality checking
. Handling of general mailbox inquiries
. Coordination of administrative and HR activities

MUST HAVES:
. Advanced MS Excel skills and experience in working with large amount of data in excel as this will be main task
. Excellent attention to detail and data quality focus
. Strong MS PowerPoint skills
. Prior HR experience (HR Core knowledge would be good to have)
. Business fluent in English (written and spoken). Additional languages a plus.
