HR Administrator with profound Data Analysis knowledge wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.

YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

- Prior working experience in HR, preferably with HR Core knowledge
- Proficiency in MS Excel, especially in handling large amounts of data with Excel
- Profound knowledge of MS PowerPoint
- Awareness of data quality and outstanding attention to detail
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken

YOUR TASKS:

- Supporting the HR Team with data analysis and managing activities within continuing processes
- Performing Data checking, validation and consolidation
- Ensuring and checking the Data quality
- Handling general mailbox requests
- Coordinating both administrative and HR activities
