My client, a leading automotive manufacturer based in the West Midlands, is looking to recruit a HR Administrator for their Human Resources division on a contract basis.

Pay Rate:£13.27 per hour Ltd
Location:Solihull, West Midlands
Position:HR Administrator

Skills Required:
Excellent communication skills both spoken and written. Able to negotiate and influence at a management level within the organisation. Knowledge and application of key HR practices such as disciplinary, grievances, absence management and recruitment. Strong ability to organise self to ensure prioritisation of workload in order to meet tight deadlines. Ability to work in a fast paced environment, working with a proactive approach to change.

Experience Required:
Experience of working in stand-alone HR role with large customer group. Experience of managing key activities such as absence management, disciplinary, grievances and recruitment. Experience of managing a large and diverse customer group.

Education Required:
Degree qualified.
