HR ADMINISTRATOR FOR HR SHARED SERVICES (6 MONTH CONTRACT)

An HR Administrator with first-class customer services skills is required by our industry leading healthcare client based in the Uxbridge area of West London. The role is for an initial 6 months and is paying £14 to £16 per hour.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

- A genuine interest and understanding of general HR policies and procedures
- Strong Customer Service orientation while maintaining a high level of integrity and confidentially with each interaction
- Solid verbal, written, interpersonal and telephone communication skills.
- Ability to identify critical situations and take action to escalate per a given process or circumstance
- Effective team-working orientation and skills
- Ability to multitask with excellent time management skills.
- Candidates must possess strong Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook skills
- Must be able to perform job responsibilities and duties under minimal supervision

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will provide HR support to affiliate markets with a focus on delivering a high level of customer service on a range of HR processes which could include:

- Employee On boarding
- Benefits enrolment
- Payroll
- Service Awards
- Absence and Holiday tracking
- Performance Management
- Leaves of Absence
- Employee Terminations
- International probation process
- Creating/maintaining employees' files and records
