HR Administrator - Hertfordshire

A HR Administrator is urgently required on a contract role to provide support to HR Benefits Advisor particularly in relation to HR Services administration. This is a contract role until the end of May with the view to go permanent.

The role
Manage HR Services inbox ensuring target response times are met and queries answered or forwarded appropriately.
Data entry into HR system including absence logging.
Creation of letters and reference requests and processing of benefit forms as required.
Data reconciliation.
Adhoc administration duties as required.

Generalist HR administration experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook.
Excellent time management skills, ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
Strong administration skills and excellent attention to detail.
Articulate with ability to communicate at all levels.
Ability to deliver high quality administration support and customer service.
Good English verbal and written communication skills with the ability to treat all information with strict confidentiality.
