Role: HR Administrator
Location: Leatherhead/SW London
Salary: £20,000 - £28,000
Duration: 3 Month Contract

Our global client is currently looking for an experienced HR administrator to provide HR shared services consultancy to UK Members and Managers for the UK's Regional HR Member Services team (RHRMS)

This role will include coverage of the following activities:

* To provide advice and guidance to Managers and Members on HR Policies and procedures, particularly in relation to absence, inc. sickness, maternity, paternity, sabbatical etc. Contracts and contract changes, data protection and member exits etc.

* Administrative and advisory support of UK sickness absence and associated processes, involving production of letters, email notifications and reminders to managers, sickness case management, income protection claims & escalations.

* Support and continuous improvement of Regional HRMS processes and procedures.

* Support and pro-actively work with the offshore HRMS teams to improve their processes and procedures relating to the UK.

* Producing HR Reporting - Which can include reporting on sickness absence, HR metrics, Flexible Benefits, Share Purchase Plans, Sports & Social etc.

* Flexible Benefits System Administration and supporting HR Member Services with system and benefits escalated queries

* Providing support to the Senior HR consultants and UK HRBP team in case management processes where required

* Support fellow RHRMS team members and or HR Business Partners where required in the gathering of information for meetings with works councils or Trade Unions

* Supporting local HR projects (eg redundancy, impact of local legislative changes or collective changes to local Terms and Conditions) when required

* Where the process dictates, the physical handling of documentation, including the receipt, archiving, retention, disposal, retrieval and digitalization in line with Data Protection and compliance obligations

* Co-ordinating and data gathering for UK Data subject Access Requests

* Act as Oracle Professional User and carry out manual interventions and data cleanse tasks in line with global HRMS directions.

* Processing & logging of HR Invoices

Quality

* To maintain quality and assurance standards in accordance with company procedures

* To ensure the Global HR processes are being followed and escalate potential issues

* To ensure compliance with global standards for policies and procedures and documentation

People

* Build strong relationship with the Regional HRMS team, Senior HR Consultants, HR Business Partners and local managers

* Play an active part of the wider HR Community, sharing knowledge with others and contributing to the overall success of the HR team.

Security

* Complying with all company data protection and data security standards

Experience & Qualifications

Experience, skills and behaviours (proven capability of):

* Proven track record in generalist HR Advising

* An understanding of employment legislation and internal policies and procedures

* Ability to communicate with members and managers at all levels in a variety of media

* Ability to work effectively as part of a remote team, working independently when required

* Computer literate & highly proficient in using Word, Excel & Outlook

* Excellent organisational skills - able to prioritise conflicting tasks, work to deadlines and be effective under pressure

* Presents a positive 'can-do, will do' attitude at all times and presents a professional 'one-company' image to customers

* Develops creative and imaginative solutions to problems

* Is willing to readily take ownership of problems and decisions and responds to them with a positive outlook.

* Is willing to be flexible in terms of travel as required

Education & Qualifications

* Foundation level HR qualification

* Intermediate Excel skills essential, advanced (desirable)
