Essential Duties and Job Functions:

*Provides administrative support for all areas of the human resources function.
*Makes travel arrangements as requested, and prepares expense reports for UK HR.
*Creates PO for HR and processes invoices for appropriate signatures.
*Prepares general correspondence, faxes, and photocopying.
*Provide support to HR colleagues, managers, and employees with HR inquiries and by delivering a high level of customer service through phone calls and emails.

Knowledge, Experience and Skills:

*Typically requires a college degree or equivalent and exposure to working in an HR environment.
*Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills are required.
