Projektbeschreibung

My client is looking for a HR Administrator on an initial 2/3 month (TBC) contract based in London in the Financial, Data and Media Services Industry. Rate: GBP 120/150 per day.

To provide effective and timely HR related advice and practical support to the line managers and staff. In particular this would include; recruitment and selection, sickness absence, employee relations advice, maternity and other family friendly policies.

Suitable candidates will be able to demonstrate the following skills:

* To provide administrative support to line managers whilst they are carrying out the Company's recruitment and selection processes and to ensure the processes are complied with

* Point of contact with external agencies, providing detailed information about live vacancies

* Preparation of and obtaining appropriate paperwork for all new recruits to the Business

* Work closely with Payroll to ensure any employee changes are communicated

* To administer and manage the various training and development initiatives

* To provide the Head of UK HR with administrative support, including invoice approval.

Also of interest to my client:

* Admin experience, HR experience, exposure to all levels of employee, access to sensitive and confidential information

* HR knowledge

* Experience of working in an HR environment

* Confidential, Honest, Attention to detail, Cope well under pressure/deadlines or conflict
