Projektbeschreibung
The job holder will have the following responsibilities:
- Daily maintenance of the HR database (PeopleSoft) - entering new starters, leavers, promotions, contractual changes, staff movement, employee information and benefits enrolments, etc.
- Creation of standard letters including reference, starter and leaver letters, promotions, contractual changes, etc.
- Initiate the leaver and termination process for employees ie system access, security pass, payroll notification, etc.
- Organise all HR department records and archiving of HR documentation and personnel files (including filing new correspondence)
- Handling the department's invoices and submitting to Accounts Payable, ensuring invoices are paid in a timely fashion, raising Purchase Order numbers for all HR invoices and dealing with all invoice queries promptly.
- PeopleSoft reporting
- Absence recording for the business on the HR database and maintaining absence records for the department.
- Department administration including arranging appointments and team meetings and maintains operation of office equipment
- Answering the phone, fielding calls where necessary and relaying messages.
- I especially MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
